So, finally a few of the PhotoBooth images from Gayle and James’ Wedding at the New Mill Eversley. Fast becoming one of my favourite parts of the wedding, actually !

Here, then, is a selection of my best bits from the end of the evening.

So, here is the second part of Gayle and James’ Wedding Photos.

Being an outdoor couple, the chill didn’t affect them at all for this set of shots, and it’s great to know that you don’t have to worry (too much) and feel under pressure to get it over with as quickly as possible!

This was another cake that smelt so good I was tempted to pick a bit off the back whist nobody was looking – but I didn’t ! And, here’s the on-theme home-made table plan, too – such a good idea.

The final post comes tomorrow, with my favourites from one of the best wedding booths we’ve had to date !

Gayle and James’ NYE Wedding ~ New Mill Eversley ~ Part 1

Gayle and James were married on New Year’s Eve 2011 at the New Mill, Eversley. They actually live in Switzerland, so organising a UK wedding from afar was always going to be a little bit of a challenge! Luckily for Gayle, she had a fantastically organised sister who did a lot of the hard graft, including finding me (great job!)

Gayle and James had deliberately chosen New Year’s Eve because they wanted not only to celebrate with their friends and family, but because they wanted to give them a great New Year’s Eve party too – and I am pretty sure they did just that.

They are both fitness fanatics, and love hiking, skiing and cycling and the sporty theme ran throughout their day – including a home made table plan, constructed of a bike wheel, planted in a swiss tree log, imported with them as they drove back from Switzerland.

Here, in Part 1, are my favourites from the morning of the wedding day ..

Some super moments from the ceremony … apparently it was my fault that James shed a tear as Gayle came up the aisle!

Being still so close to Christmas, the decorations were still out, giving a warm and festive feel.

Caroline & Andrew’s wedding at Gate Street Barn ~ Part 2

Part 2 of Caroline and Andrew’s Wedding at Gate Street Barn starts with some of the Christmassy details and those scrummy canapés..

.. and we finish with the succulent dinner that was served. Makes my mouth water just looking at it all again!

Caroline & Andrew’s wedding at Gate Street Barn ~ Part 1

The lovely Caroline and Andrew were married on a bitterly cold Saturday afternoon last December and celebrated with their friends and family at Gate Street Barn, in Bramley. The wedding itself took place close by, at St. John the Baptist Church in Wonersh, thought to be built as early as 1050, if not before!

Being a wedding this late in December, there was a fantastic Christmas and wintery reds theme running through the day, as you will see. The other, hugely important, theme was one of food – given that Andrew is a chef … this was a day of outstanding food, and some of the best canapés I have ever tasted. Just as well, because the caterers were trained by Andrew – no pressure then!

A huge thank you to everyone for being so hardcore and braving the icy wind for photographs outside, and especially to Caroline, who was the least covered up!

All the fair ladies and a fun-loving family shot that perfectly captures the spirit of the day…

I was drawn to the glorious aroma of this cake – it was all I could do not not swipe one !

Need I say more – always a huge hit and I love the variety of images and poses we get!

Katie and Julian’s Goodwood House Wedding ~ Part 1

Katie and Julian were recently married and celebrated their wedding at the gorgeous Goodwood House in Chichester. It’s always a pleasure to photograph a wedding at Goodwood, as the venue is incredible and the staff are some of the most courteous and professional around. David, the butler and coordinator for the day, ran things a smoothly as can be, making everything go like a dream.

We had much better weather this time around, after the torrential rain that disrupted the pre-wedding shoot, and Katie looked just stunning in her beautiful dress.

Katie and Jules both got ready at the nearby Goodwood Hotel, taking care to avoid each other before the ceremony. A little ‘hello’ to Katie’s mum, who showed her steaming prowess, as she expertly unwrinkled all the exquisite bridesmaid dresses.

The actual wedding took place at St Mary’s Church in Lavant, which is a lovely little venue, and then all back to Goodwood for the reception – so without further ado, here is Part 1 of my favourite images from the day:

The colour of the flowers complimented the now perfectly steamed dresses …

An important job, well executed by Max, and a few nervous bridesmaids …

I love cheeky Max in this next shot ..

Katie and Matt’s Wedding at Frimley Hall Hotel ~ Part 1

The very lovely Katie & Matt were recently married at Frimley Hall Hotel in Surrey. Another lovely wedding with welcoming family and friends and again, we were made to feel at home.

Katie looked amazing in her dress & short jacket thingy (what the real word for that ??) and the flowers were exquisite!

The speeches (a few shots come in Part 2) included a heartwarming contribution from a very special gentleman, as well as Katie and mum – a very different, but wonderful variation to the norm.

So without further ado, here is Part 1 of my favourite set …

Jen & Les’ Wedding Photography at Newland Hall ~ Part II

So, Part II of Jen & Les’ Wedding Photography at Newland Hall starts with some more of the lovely details that were in the marquee.

Now, isn’t this just the most gorgeous thing to behold .. three adorable little darlings !

… and I am rather pleased with the following shot – I saw the table card, saw Jen & Les stood behind, and simply asked them to kiss. The rest was all their own doing.

I don’t normally post single portrait images, but this one was just too good ..

You should see what we had to tramp through to get this shot of the sunset !
